Research in visual perception shows that traditional Drivers with curved tops are hard to align to the target, but the level TOP-PLANE and ALIGNMENT INDICATOR of the THOMAS Drivers, make for easy alignment of the club to the target line. The golfer's feet, hips, and shoulders can then be easily set up parallel to the indicator and target line. Professional instructors around the world emphasize these factors as the essential elements to achieving a successful swing and ball flight.

Weight Ports

Interchangeable weight ports allow each golfer to custom tailor this titanium driver's center of gravity. Each golfer's swing is unique, so adjustable weighting is a great facilitator for maximum performance. The discretionary weight of these weight port cartridges was made available by the lightweight graphite construction. Each cartridge is a substantially different weight. Placing the heavier (longer) cartridge in the toe area will produce neutral/standard center of gravity for the golfer who hits the ball straight or prefers to hit a fade, while placing heavier (longer) cartridge in the heel area will move the center of gravity to help the golfer produce less fade or more draw spin.

Graphite

New Technology allows for multiple materials to be used seamlessly in one clubhead.  An ultra-lightweight high strength graphite composite is used for the upper shell, allowing for an even larger face and sweet-spot resulting in unprecedented distance and accuracy.

Distance

This additional distance is not only from the spring-like effect of the thin 2.5mm face, but also from the ingenious design of the Driver's level Top-Plane. The traditional shape of other brands have a roll-and-bulge (domed) top, that will flex when the head makes contact with the ball. This flexing top absorbs energy from the face and power is lost. The golfer wants all the energy to stay in the face so it can be transferred to the ball. The straight design of the driver's Top-Plane eliminates unnecessary flex and delivers more power from the face to the ball, consistently sending your shot further.

Accuracy

The first and only oversized driver heads specifically designed to maximize alignment performance with unique and effective alignment indication.  The level Top-Plane of the club head allows for an indicator that is parallel to the ground and therefore can be used accurately to aim at the target. Additionally, the flattened top widens the effective hitting area for greater forgiveness on off-center hits, giving you the most forgiveness and solid performance on all swings and hits that might not be your best.  It also helps launch the ball with a higher trajectory resulting in longer and straighter flying drives.

Unbelievable!!!!  I had been playing with off the rack clubs for five years.  I'm not a great golfer.  I regularly shoot in the upper 90's and over the past year I put away all my woods.  I just could not hit them.  Then I ordered a Thomas 2, 5, and 7 wood to go with my new set of Thomas irons.  All I can tell you is a comment from one of my playing partners.  He said, "Your game has definitely improved a notch since we last played!"  The difference ... I usually hit my drives between 220-230 yards. On the second hole, a 310 yard par 4, I was along side the green. I chipped close to the pin and birdied the hole.

I would just like to comment on my recent purchase of your Men's AT460-GO Titanium-Graphite Driver 9° with offset hosel.  I used it for the first time today, and I must state that of the 5 drivers (all with some kind of gimmick) (i.e. 640cc, armor piercing material on the face of the club, adjustable weights. etc. etc.) that I've purchased in the past year, I must honestly compliment the craftsmanship, quality, and design of your club.  FINALLY, I found a driver that 1- hits straight, 2- is very lightweight and easy to swing, and 3- isn't overpriced like these "big name in golf" brands.  I have finally achieved my first 300+ yd drive, IN THE AIR, not counting roll, and was extremely impressed by being on the fringe of a 335yd par 4.  I would like to thank you again for such an outstanding club and design such as this, I have never in my life ever complimented any company for their product, so this is a first for me. I had to re-adjust my whole game and club selection now due to the added yardage of my drives.  I have your entire set of woods 3,5,7,9,11,13,15,17,19,21,23,25 so of course I had to complete it with your driver, and with your entire set in my bag (which is also yours) except the putter, I am finally looking forward to going out and knowing I can compete and impress my partners with some wonderful shots which I know I couldn't do with other clubs I had.  I hope this isn't too long, but for the record, I was absolutely impressed and amazed by the ease of use of your higher degree (21w, 23w, and 25w) especially from the sand.  So much easier to use than my sand wedge, sorry my wedges PW, SW, GW, and LW are also from your 505 series which I now replaced with the woods.  I kept the LW though, until you guys can somehow come up with a 60 degree wood :) once again, thanks for the great innovation and design of all your clubs.

I want to let you know how pleased I am with my purchase. I did a lot of research before deciding on Thomas Golf clubs, and my research paid off.  I bought a complete set 1-7 Hybrids & 8, 9, PW, GW, SW in Irons, plus a AT460 0ffset Driver.  I used the clubs last Sunday and, after a little getting use to, I dropped 10 strokes from my game.  Unbelievable but true.  Your club builders know their stuff and a pleasure doing business with you.

I have been the happy recipient of Thomas Golf clubs for 1 month now. I cannot tell you how pleased I am with your product.  The clubs you sent me were outstanding in appearance and craftsmanship. I could not wait to get on the range and use them to improve my golf game. I was not disappointed. The alignment mechanism of your clubs helped me identify errors in my set-up and grip of the club. I could now see if my feet were properly set as well, based on the direction that the club head went through the impact zone, when compared to my intended target line. Because of this innovation, literally at my finger tips, my shots have been dead straight, and easily repeatable. When they are not, I know it is because I did not maintain my swing plane from the address and back through the impact position, or because my grip was wrong and the club head did not strike the golf ball square. Because both of these flaws are so easily recognized, adjustments can be made immediately by me with no substantive guesswork. HOLE IN ONE!  My husband purchased the 11 wood for me first.  I liked it so much we got the 3 and 5 wood in January.  On August 11th we purchased the 380 Driver Graphite shaft and on September 29th I had a hole in one with this club.  It was the Ladies 18 hole Championship playoff.  I had it at Druid Hills Golf Club, Fairfield Glade TN.  It is  the hardest par 3 on the course, 128 yards, uphill to a tiered green.  I love my woods and have been playing much better golf since I got them.  I am thinking of getting the irons soon.

First, I must thank you for the very speedy delivery of the 21 wood that I ordered. Ordered from the UK at the start of the week and I had it in my hand by the Thursday of the same week. I used this club on that Saturday and from a 100-110 yards out the accuracy was amazing. I finally got out to play golf and tried out my new Thomas Golf Driver and 7 wood. I hit my Biggest Big Bertha first and then your driver.. Boy was I surprised! The Thomas Golf Driver landed it right in the fairway and ten yards farther than the Birtha. I used the 7 wood on a par 3 and put the ball within two feet of the hole. I love my new clubs! I hit more greens than I ever did before. Thank you for being so easy to work with and having great golf clubs.

To say the least, if I would have known then what I know now, I would have paid 7 times the amount I paid for your 7 wood. I have never, and I mean NEVER hit a 7 wood as far as I am hitting yours.   I have a bad back, 4-herniated discs.   I shouldn't be playing golf at all. Vibrations from irons hitting the ground were murder on my back.  Your fairway/high loft clubs are a back-saver!  And using a wood to hit out of a sand trap is ingenious.  I am playing golf again!!!  Thank you!!!!

I tried out my new Thomas graphite driver and it works marvelous. Even though I've been playing on and off for over 6-7 years as a beginner, I want to say the driver works well. I hit further and straight to the pin. I played my usual 9-hole at Monterey Park Golf Course and I got a 58 score. I usually get in the mid to high 60's, so this club does work well. I can't wait to purchase the other clubs I need.

I purchased a set of Thomas Golf irons and woods late last year to impress my company's president during a golf outing. I played pretty well during that round, but he beat me handily.
