Product cancellation: A order that is in prodution cannot be cancelled. All products include a one-year warranty for all parts and labor. If you encounter any problems with material, workmanship or breakage under normal use, then you may ship it back to us and we will refund 100% or send a new replacement free of charge.
You have 30 days from the purchase date to be assured you are completely satisfied. If for any reason the product isn't fitting or playing right for you, you have 30 days to return the product (unless it was purchased from the clearance section) for a 70% refund of your product purchase price. (We can not accept returns on items with customer induced pop-up marks, paint chipping and wear, modifications, or items damaged beyond normal wear.) Customer is responsible for return shipping cost and must insure the clubs are properly packed so they are received un-damaged. (30-day refund policy does not apply to clearance items such as pre-owned, blemished, or head covers, components, grips, hats, or golf bags). Club heads that have painted areas always need head covers on when not in use.
Please note golf clubs that are used on practice mats with a concrete base can cause club damage.
This return policy was designed with care to provide flexibility for the customer, while doing what is necessary to keep product prices low.

(Please, all returns must be shipped postage-paid, with your Return Authorization number written on the outside of the box.) Returns must be received within 2 weeks after you receive a return authorization number.
