The AT505 is a game improvement Iron and an excellent choice for any golfer who's
wear mark on the face of their irons is larger than a quarter. It's larger size,
cavity-back and sweet-spot help insure that even mis-hits can go long and straight.
The perimeter weighting of the large
cavity-back greatly increases the size of the sweet-spot. This
design feature auto corrects off center hits that would otherwise go off
target and fall short. The progressive off-set hosel positions your hands
slightly in front of the ball and allows the club to catch up to your swing.
This gets the face closed sooner and reduces weak shots to the right.
The strength of the high-grade 17-4 Surgical Stainless Steel gives
the 505 it's large forgiving sweet spot and power. The deepness of
the back cavity moves the center of gravity lower and farther behind the
face to help the ball get higher in the air. The cavity-back becomes progressively more pronounced in the longer
irons, where face impact accuracy is more difficult.
The
505's beveled sole with tight radius was designed to help prevent the club from catching and digging into the grass.
The thicker top-plane of the 505 gives the head a strong look, giving
the golfer more confidence during each shot.
All these features of the AT505 work together to greatly improve the
performance, accuracy and distance of the average player. Golfers
at this level will experience a higher performance consistency with the
AT505 than a Player's design.

The AT602 is a Player's Iron and should be used by consistent ball-strikers. It's smaller size, cavity-back and sweet-spot
offer multiple advantages to accurate ball-strikers.
The smaller head
and concentrated mass of the 602's will produce a sweeter
and more productive shot for accurate ball-strikers. This Player's-club
design also allows the golfer to “work” their shots utilizing draws, fades and knockdowns,
that would otherwise be corrected by larger Game-Improvement
cavity-back designs. The small head size also
reduces drag through grass, rough and sand. The
low 1.5mm hosel offset of each 602 will increase club effectiveness
and prevent the tendency of shots going too far left.
Along with the smaller head and concentrated mass, the 602's have
incorporated a slight cavity-back to improve shot accuracy on those occasional
mis-hits. This professional cavity-back
design feature becomes progressively more pronounced in the longer
irons, where face impact accuracy is more difficult.
Another big advantage of the 602 design is the exceptional “Feel” at
impact, communicating through the shaft and to the hands. This
gives a high degree of feedback to the player as to just what the
head did through impact. As the ball leaves the face, an
experience player will know exactly what has transpired, and be
able to utilize the input to fine tune their game.
The 602 has a thinner top-plane for a slimmer look at
address, and a sole designed to augment the abilities found
in the game of better players; ground to compliment the typical
movement through impact that most scratch players
demonstrate.

For those golfers who wish to use a Game Improvement Iron design like
the AT-505, we also offer the AT-100 model. The size, weight distribution, sweet-spot, offset,
and other factors were specifically designed to have the same play
characteristics of the
AT-505 model. The main difference between the two is style of alignment
technology and the
resulting club appearance.
The AT-505 has a black aiming indicator
line on
the club's top-plane. At address, this aiming indicator is parallel to the target line.
The AT-100 model has a level top-plane, that at address, will be perpendicular to the target
line. The advanced design of the AT-100 is considered non-traditional, and
made possible by the superior materials and manufacturing
processes now available. If golf were invented today, this is what an
iron would look like.
(The AT-100 meets all USGA regulations for tournament play)
